We believe in constant growth, especially for our young talent. This is just one of the reasons we launched the School of Big Ideas, a big opportunity for all the young talents aspiring to enter the advertising industry. You can read more about how it all started and why here. But what's next? After dedicating the first year to Media, we continue our work in 2023 with a Creative Chapter and in 2024 we plan to keep going with a PR Chapter. So, stay tuned because our aim is to recruit young talent through the School of Big Ideas only.
