In alignment with our new Hybrid Work System, all team members are now invited to utilize our dedicated app to schedule their in-office days. Simply access the app and select 'Book a Visit' to reserve your space. We hear that nowadays our Lions love the taste of steaming hot croissants in the morning. And that's not all. You can enjoy the most important meal of the day at Iorga 13 Cafeteria, with lots of yummy snacks and morning treats: Specialty coffee, Cereals from Ototo or Nestle, Milk and yogurt from Laptăria cu Caimac, Alternative milk options from Alpro, Croissants from Lorraine or Apples from the farm. Together with the best company, this makes for the perfect way to start you day.

Nom-nom-nom-meetings during lunch time, please! We’ll do our best to avoid booking meetings or calls during the lunch break (13h:00-14h:00), and you should too. It's not just about having a propper meal and not a rushed over the desk snack. It's about stepping away to give yourself a break. You will feel more balanced, less stressed and it might also boost your creativity as it's also a chance to catch up with friends, a podcast you love, or simply let your mind wander.

Finding the right work-life balance is a challenge for everybody. That’s why we strongly advise to wrap up the tasks and e-mails before 19h:00 each day. This applies to weekends as well.

Of course, there will be exceptions, but let’s make sure they don’t become part of the new normal.

Access cards are old news, not to mention how they can be misplaced, lost or simply damaged. This is why we’ve replaced them with an NFC system, based on Smartphone Access Solution. So, you are now able to enter the Iorga Buildings by simply waving your mobile devices at the doors.
